Daddy Groove is a social dance-fitness experience for grown gay men and allies who are ready to move, sweat, laugh — and maybe rediscover a side of themselves they thought they’d left on the dancefloor years ago.

No pressure.
No judgement.
No egos.

Just great music, great people, and that feeling when the beat drops and your body remembers.

Led by Daddy Ming, classes feature iconic pop anthems from past and present, with routines that are fun, achievable, a little cheeky, and designed for everybody — regardless of dance experience or fitness level.

Come early, have a chat, warm up together, learn the routine, cool down, socialise, and head home feeling good. Simple as that.

Whether you’ve danced your whole life or you’re stepping into a studio for the very first time… you belong here.

So leave the attitude at the door, bring whatever body you’ve got, and let’s make it move.

✨ Intro classes are just $5 to help cover studio hire costs.

✨ Our first class is limited to 25 guests, so please RSVP if you’d like to attend.
