Workshop trvá 90 minut. Kapacita je omezena na 20 osob. V prvni pulce workshopu se budeme věnovat: 1. Jak využít svou interocepci, zvýšit koncentraci a pracovat s “flow-state”, který můžete použít pro různé dovednosti 2. Základní techniky funkčního dýchání (Oxygen Advantage®) 3. Principy a elementy dýchání Druhá polovina workshopu se zaměří na: 1. Uplatňování funkčního dýchání při mluvení a zpěvu 2. Praktická každodenní hlasové cvičení - i pro nezpěváky! 3. Co patří k umění zpěvu, vystupování a veřejnému projevu Mějte na sobě pohodlné oblečení / oblečení, které není těsné kolem pasu a hrudníku. Přijďte prosím 10 minut před začátkem. Ashley is a singer-songwriter and has been performing from an early age. Graduating the Jaroslav Jezek Conservatory, her musical style stretches from jazz, hip hop, soul, electronic to R'n'B. She is also an instructor of functional breathing, which is fundamental not just for everyday life, but for proper vocal health and performance as well. The workshop starts at 16:00. Implementing functional breathing with speaking and singing 2. Practical everyday vocal exercises - warm up’s for non-singers as well! 3.
