Výstava Konfrontace představuje fotografie amerického fotografa Thomase Graumana, který v roce 1984 zachytil neoficiální výstavu Konfrontace v Grafické ulici. Jeho snímky přinášejí pohled zvenčí – perspektivu pozorovatele, jenž se ocitá uprostřed akce organizované studenty, kteří tehdy nemohli oficiálně vystavovat a postupně poznává její kontext. Výběr fotografií na výstavě Konfrontace doplňují vybraná díla autorů, kteří se původní výstavy zúčastnili, a společně znovu otevírají prostor pro reflexi významu tehdejší události.

The Confrontation exhibition presents photographs by American photographer Thomas Grauman, who captured the unofficial Confrontation exhibition on Grafická Street in 1984. His photographs offer an outside view—the perspective of an observer who finds himself in the midst of an event organized by students who were unable to exhibit officially at the time and gradually comes to understand its context. The selection of photographs in the Confrontation exhibition is complemented by selected works by authors who participated in the original exhibition, and together they reopen the space for reflection on the significance of the event at that time.
