Known for their frenetic live performances, the band blends the danceable post-punk of pioneers like Gang of Four with more contemporary electro-pop to forge their own unique sound. With a new international lineup featuring Andrew Jeckell (UK) on guitars and Denis Ugroza (RU/UA) on drums, and now currently based in Prague, Czech Republic, the band is pushing a new musical genre based on the literary movement of solarpunk, incorporating bedroom pop, retrowave, and fuzz-pop/hyper-pop elements. Solarpunk is the banner for a variety of movements towards a diverse, sustainable, post-capitalist future. January 30th 2026 sees the release of TWS’ 7th full-length album, Jupiter, in collaboration with Czech label, Brainzone, along with the band’s homegrown and artist-run DIY-label called Kitty Kant Collective. Jupiter was recorded at Fine Cutlery Studios in New Orleans, Louisiana and mixed by Derek Garten (Taylor Swift, Jewel) at Prime Recording Studios in Nashville, Tennessee. It was mastered by Nick Tuttle at Misty Music Studio (Asheville, NC, USA). Marley’s live performance is one of a kind - she sings, loops bass, ukulele, beats and vocals and creates a diverse sound full of layers as a one-woman-band. Apart from her multi-instrumental talents and her distinctive voice, she radiates a joy and optimism on stage that is easily transmitted to any audience she plays for. Marley writes personal songs about the environment, (female) empowerment, depression, joy and love. Her DIY music videos full of art and astounding visuals often show critical views on our relationship with nature and also political issues. She mostly writes and produces her music by herself, designs outfits and also imagines and directs most of her videos. https://tinyurl.com/2tp88tsy - **Event URL**: https://allevents.in/prague/the-winter-sounds-album-release-marley-wildthing-and-the-roundabouts/200029152988711 - **Event Categories**: music, entertainment, art, literary-art, live-music, pop, taylor-swift - **Interested Audience**: - total_interested_count: 109 ## Ticket Details ## Event venue details - **city**: Prague - **state**: PR - **country**: Czech Republic - **location**: Subzero Prague - **lat**: 50.06562 - **long**: 14.40775 - **full address**: Subzero Prague, Nádražní 349/3, 150 00 Praha, Česko, Prague, Czech Republic ## Event gallery - **Alt text**: The Winter Sounds (album release) + Marley Wildthing & the Roundabouts - **Image URL**: https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events6/banners/d2e4e8ae8c53a0318333dcff4be4063ecbc287fae6c042364f53bb62803cbd2a-rimg-w1200-h1800-dcf3f2f3-gmir?v=1763498004 ## FAQs - **Q**: When and where is The Winter Sounds (album release) + Marley Wildthing & the Roundabouts being held? - **A:** The Winter Sounds (album release) + Marley Wildthing & the Roundabouts takes place on Fri, 21 Nov, 2025 at 07:00 pm to Fri, 21 Nov, 2025 at 07:00 pm at Subzero Prague, Nadražni 349/3, 150 00 Praha, Česko, Prague, Czech Republic. - **Q**: Who is organizing The Winter Sounds (album release) + Marley Wildthing & the Roundabouts? - **A:** The Winter Sounds (album release) + Marley Wildthing & the Roundabouts is organized by The Winter Sounds. - **Q**: Who is this event for?
