Pětinásobní držitelé Grammy Snarky Puppy se vrací do Prahy s explozivním mixem jazzu, funku, rocku a afrických a latinskoamerických rytmů. Snarky Puppy jsou kolektivem, který se už víc než dvacet let systematicky vyhýbá jasnému žánrovému zařazení. Kapela funguje jako otevřená platforma pro hudebníky napříč jazzovou, funkovou, R&B i experimentální scénou. Již po dvě dekády si udržuje výjimečné postavení na současné instrumentální scéně a sbírá ocenění v kategoriích od jazzu po R&B, včetně pěti cen Grammy. Po čtyřech letech se v rámci Respect Festivalu vrací do Prahy, vystoupí 14. září ve velkém sále pražské Lucerny. Ačkoliv line up letošního turné Somni EU Tour 2026 zatím nebyl zveřejněn, lze očekávat sestavu čítající 10-15 muzikantů. Vstupenky budou k zakoupení od 20. února v síti GoOut.

SöNDöRGő jsou nejzajímavější objev maďarské scény posledních let, který se přitom podstatě liší od všeho, co jsme zatím z této země slyšeli. Söndörgő natáčeli s makedonským saxofonistou Ferusem Mustafovem, roku 2018 vydali společné album s renomovaným Amsterdam Klezmer Bandem a získali desítky mezinárodních cen včetně Songlines Music Award. V létě 2024 kapela vydala dlouho očekávané transformativní album Gyezz, na němž se podílel vynikající jazzový saxofonista CHRIS POTTER.

Five-time Grammy winners Snarky Puppy return to Prague with an explosive mix of jazz, funk, rock, and African and Latin American rhythms. For more than twenty years, Snarky Puppy have deliberately avoided clear-cut genre classification. The band operates as an open platform for musicians across the jazz, funk, R&B, and experimental scenes. For two decades, they have maintained an exceptional position on the contemporary instrumental scene, collecting awards in categories ranging from jazz to R&B, including five Grammy Awards.

After four years, they return to Prague as part of the Respect Festival and will perform on September 14 in the Grand Hall of Prague’s Lucerna. Although the line-up for this year’s Somni EU Tour 2026 has not yet been announced, a 10–15 member ensemble can be expected.

Söndörgő are the most exciting discovery to emerge from the Hungarian music scene in recent years, yet they sound unlike anything we've previously heard from the country. The band has recorded with renowned Macedonian saxophonist Ferus Mustafov, released a collaborative album with the acclaimed Amsterdam Klezmer Band in 2018, and received dozens of international accolades, including a Songlines Music Award. In the summer of 2024, Söndörgő released their long-awaited, transformative album Gyezz, featuring the outstanding jazz saxophonist Chris Potter.
