Perský tanec je ladný procítěný úzce navázaný na emoce a obsah hudby a přitažlivý flow dynamickými pohyby, jemnými pohybu paží a gesty, rafinovanými pohyby rukou s konkrétním významem. Nazývaný "baletem orientu" se vyznačuje pózami z perských miniatur, ponoříme se do perské poezie skrze metaforická vyjádření a procítěné emoce. Není to jen pohyb, je to báseň poezie v pohybu. 

V kurzu se naučíme příjemně protáhnout své tělo a pracovat skrze různé techniky taneční i pohybové, jak se dostat do tohoto rafinovaného jemného i dynamického tance a zapracujeme na ladnosti a pružnosti těla. 

Při tanci používám výrazovou kodifikaci tak, jak jsem se jí naučila od předních íránských tanečnic Shahrazad Khorsandi a Nazanin Badiei, které mi byly učitelkami i mentorkami. Podle potřeby zařazuji do jednotlivých lekcí na začátek i konec lehce klasická protažení v perském tanci, jógu na protažení, strečink a baletní základy pro hezké držení těla.

V současnosti studuji Íránistiku a perštinu čtvrtým rokem na FFUK. Používám překlad použitých písní i znalosti perské kultury a tance k vytvoření vlastních choreografických celků. 

Vidět mne můžete i na kulturních akcích, festivalech i pro íránskou diasporu v Praze a dalších zemích EU. Je možné se k těmto akcím pro studentky individuálně po domluvě připojit.

Tento kurz je pro všechny úrovně tanečnic, ve střední intenzitě.
Znalost orientálního tance nebo jiného je výhodou.Vítáni jsou všichni. Individuálně se přizpůsobuji podle potřeby.

Cena kurzu 2800,- za 10 lekcí září-listopad / 8.9.-10.11. 2026

Persian dance is graceful, deeply expressive, and closely connected to the emotions and spirit of Persian music. It combines an alluring flow with dynamic movements, delicate arm gestures, and refined hand movements carrying specific meanings. Often called the "Ballet of the Orient," it is characterized by poses reminiscent of Persian miniatures, inviting us to immerse ourselves in Persian poetry through metaphorical expression and heartfelt emotion. It is not just movement—it is poetry in motion.

In this course, we will gently stretch our bodies and explore various dance and movement techniques to master both the refined elegance and dynamic energy of Persian dance, improving overall grace and flexibility.

In my teaching, I use an expressive codification of Persian dance as learned from leading Iranian dancers Shahrazad Khorsandi and Nazanin Badiei, who have been my teachers and mentors. Depending on the needs of the class, I incorporate gentle Persian dance warm-ups, yoga stretches, and foundational ballet exercises at the beginning and end of lessons to promote beautiful posture.

I am currently in my fourth year of Iranian Studies and Persian Language at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University. I use song translations along with my knowledge of Persian culture and dance to create original choreographies.

You can see me perform at cultural events and festivals, as well as for the Iranian diaspora in Prague and other EU countries. Students may also have the opportunity to join some of these performances upon individual agreement.

Level: Suitable for all levels (medium intensity).

Experience: Prior experience in Oriental or other dance styles is an advantage, but everyone is welcome. I adapt my instruction individually as needed.
