Od vydání debutového EP Terra (2015) australské duo Opal Ocean – Alex Champ a Nadav Tabak – neustále posouvá hranice akustické hudby. První singl J.A.M. se stal virálním hitem s více než 50 miliony zhlédnutí a odstartoval jejich rychlý vzestup.
Debutové album Lost Fables (2016) jim otevřelo dveře k mezinárodním turné po Austrálii, Kanadě, Novém Zélandu a Evropě. Následující album The Hadal Zone (2020) přineslo zásadní spolupráci s Jordanem Rudessem z Dream Theater.
Poté přišly další milníky: vystoupení na Formula 1 v Abú Dhabí (2021), partnerství s Godin Guitars, EP Fish Food(2022) i účast v Česko Slovensko má talent (2024). Jejich první živé album z evropského turné 2022 zachycuje energii a atmosféru jejich koncertů.
Dnes se Opal Ocean chystají na třetí studiové album po turné po Evropě a Kanadě v roce 2024 – s neutuchající kreativitou a ambicí psát další kapitolu svého hudebního příběhu.

ENGLSIH 

Since releasing their debut Terra EP in 2015, the Australian duo Opal Ocean — Alex Champ and Nadav Tabak — have continually pushed the boundaries of acoustic music. Their first single, J.A.M., became a viral hit with more than 50 million views, launching their rapid rise.
Their debut album Lost Fables (2016) opened the door to international tours across Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe. The follow-up album The Hadal Zone (2020) marked a key moment, featuring a collaboration with Jordan Rudess of Dream Theater.
More milestones followed: a performance at the Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix (2021), a partnership with Godin Guitars, the Fish Food EP (2022), and an appearance on Czech-Slovakia’s Got Talent (2024). Their first live album, recorded during their 2022 European tour, captures the energy and atmosphere of their concerts.
Today, Opal Ocean are preparing their third studio album after touring Europe and Canada in 2024 — driven by relentless creativity and the ambition to write the next chapter of their musical journey.
