Komentovka: Alice Bucknell s architektem výstavy Richardem Loskotem

Výstava Alice Bucknell: Persistent Worlds zkoumá, jak herní prostředí formují naše vnímání vztahů mezi lidmi, přírodou a technologií. Bucknell vytváří imerzivní digitální světy, které se mohou lišit od našeho běžného každodenního života a otevírají prostor pro spekulaci o alternativních podobách reality.

Návštěvníky a návštěvnice provede výstavou umělec a zároveň architekt výstavy Richard Loskot, který ve svých instalacích pracuje s novými médii. Zkoumá také, jak technologie a smyslové vjemy ovlivňují naše vnímání – a jak nám mohou pomoci uvidět svět jinak. Během komentovky se zaměří na témata současného videoartu a gaming artu.

The exhibition Alice Bucknell: Persistent Worlds explores how gaming environments shape our perception of the relationships between people, nature and technology. Bucknell creates immersive digital worlds that differ from our everyday reality and open space for speculating about alternative forms of existence. In a guided tour with artist and exhibition architect Richard Loskot, the visitors will focus on themes of contemporary video art and gaming art.

Loskot works with new media in his installations, examining how technology and sensory perception influence the way we see the world and how they can help us perceive it differently.

This tour will be conducted in Czech language.
