Mark your calendars! The Fermentation Festival will take place on Sunday, May 3, 2026 📅. From 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, the outdoor space in front of the club will transform into a unique marketplace filled with probiotic delicacies, workshops, and expert lectures. 🍯

Admission to the event is free. 🆓

The phenomenon of fermentation has been experiencing a renaissance in recent years ⚡. The festival will showcase the best of the Czech pantry, connecting seasoned professionals and experts with enthusiastic home experimenters. 🥬🥕

Highlights include:

🎓 A workshop led by Zuzana Ouhrabková, author of the renowned book Zkvašeno.

🤝 Community roots: We are once again dedicating a special space for home fermenters who want to show off their successes or exchange cultures and starters. 🦠🍶
