The Dance Improvisation Course is a series of movement sessions where we practice different principles of movement and dance improvisation. 
Every kind of dancer is welcome to join, no matter your movement experience.

Each single class has a different focus and it is complementary to the rest of the course. Half of the course is led by Eva Mora and the other half by Janka Hríbiková.

- Language: English (with Eva), English / Czech (with Janka)

- What to bring:
Recommended to bring some water, comfortable clothes and a notebook and pen (optional). We will dance barefoot or in socks.

?About Eva:
After finishing my studies in dance, I've been freelancing as a contemporary dance performer between Spain, Budapest and Prague. I’ve been working with different companies and creating my own work, as well as offering workshops and classes. Instant composition and Contact Improvisation are especially exciting for me. I am interested in dance improvisation as an art form, also as a way of connecting with each other and as a tool for learning about ourselves and our surroundings.

?About Janka:
I found my direction in dance at the Department of Choreography in Tallinn, Estonia, where I focused on contemporary dance and improvisation. Since 2017, I have been leading dance improvisation courses and workshops while collaborating with various teachers and facilitators in the fields of dance, yoga and physiotherapy. My intention is to create a safe space and conditions in which you can be authentic and allow yourself to relax your body and mind without internal and external judgement. I believe that when we become quiet and listen, our body will lead us to the right place.

⭐About Available Collective:
Available collective is an international team of creators working in the field of physical theatre, dance and music. We are interested in performance as a way of immediate communication and interaction: on stage and in relationship with the audience. Our first project was Performance Dance Jam in 2021, a work on the border between dance and physical theater that arises as an improvised dialogue between creators in interaction with the audience. Currently, we conduct workshops and courses in Prague, Wroclaw, London, Sofia and other places.
