💃 Upper Body Isolations - Technique Workshop
If you are looking to get more articulation in your upper body movements, this workshop will help you unlock the power of your ribcage, shoulders, and arms.
We will begin with a targeted strengthening and flexibility warm-up to prepare and access the muscles essential for upper body isolations. Then dive into key techniques that will help you gain awareness of your body’s mechanics. Finally, we will play with movement drills for fluid isolations in ribcage, shoulders, and arms.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have developed a deeper understanding of your upper body isolations and gained exercises and drills to keep practicing and improving on your own.
Come prepared to sweat, explore, and transform the way you move!
