- **Event Description**: Do you want to learn more about Icarians, pops, fast washing machines, and no-hands? We are super excited to share that the amazing Paulo & Viola will be coming to Poznan this April for a weekend full of dynamic and fun Acro!

The intensive will be spread over two days and is designed for those with intermediate to advanced experience. Please note this event is not suitable for absolute beginners.


Pre-requisites:

Knowledge of basic washing machines (Ninja Star, 4-step, Pick Pocket).

Experience with pops and basic Icarians (e.g., straight throws in Bird and American Chair—spotters are fine!).

🤸‍♂️ Meet the Teachers: Paulo & Viola

Between us, we have over a decade of Acroyoga experience and are both qualified international teachers. We love sharing our passion through playfulness, trust, and fun, ensuring everyone feels safe and included. We teach a mix of high-level technique and creative transitions, with a massive passion for Icarian, Washing machines, no-hands flows & standing.


When you mix Portuguese and Italian energy, you get a unique cultural blend that is often described as "Warmth with Precision." Since both are Romance languages and Mediterranean cultures, they share a deep soul, but they bring different "flavors" to a partnership.
