O warsztatach: 

Warsztaty opierają się głównie na prowadzonej improwizacji i procesie badawczym. Rozpoczynają się od medytacji prowadzonej oraz ćwiczeń wizualizacyjnych, a następnie stopniowo przechodzą w ruch poprzez konkretne zadania i narzędzia, w ramach struktury, która jest prowadzona, a momentami improwizowana.
Zajęcia kończą się nauką fraz choreograficznych stworzonych przeze mnie, które zawierają i odzwierciedlają elementy eksplorowane w trakcie całej sesji.
Struktura zajęć prowadzi uczestników przez ciągły proces eksploracji, wspierając odkrywanie nowych jakości ruchu, indywidualnych umiejętności oraz możliwości fizycznych, jednocześnie poszerzając zakres, ciekawość i wyobraźnię.
Narzędzia oferowane podczas zajęć mają na celu pomóc tancerzom w organicznym integrowaniu tych odkryć z ich własnym procesem badawczym i praktyką artystyczną - Gregorio.

Level of the workshop intermediate+ 

The classes are mostly based on guided improvisation and research, beginning with guided meditation and visualization exercises, gradually transitioning into movement through specific tasks and tools within a guided, at times improvisational, framework. The class concludes with the learning of choreographic phrases created by me, which incorporate and reflect the elements explored throughout the session. The structure of the class guides participants through a continuous flow of exploration, supporting the discovery of new movement qualities, personal skills, and physical possibilities, while expanding range, curiosity, and imagination. The tools provided during the class are intended to help dancers integrate these discoveries organically into their own research and artistic practice.
