This is a 6 week beginner, kid friendly, running camp directed by yours truly! This is really an opportunity for community and friendship for the kids AND parents ??

This is an opportunity for your child to learn the basic fundamentals of running and have loads of fun with their friends. ??‍♀️?

Kiddos will learn the fundamentals of dynamic stretching, pacing, tempo style runs, long runs, cross training, and healthy lifestyle habits. This camp is designed for fun and functional activities. Children will train for a final timed mile against their peers that they have completed the program with.

A small courtesy fee of $25 per child will be initated to ensure adequate snacks and equipment for all kiddos ?

Start time will begin at 8am and end at approximately 9am.
