Twenty-five years ago, a group of moms decided fitness should fit around motherhood, not the other way around. Since then, our village has grown into something bigger than any of us: friendships made on cool-down walks, babies who grew up watching mom hit her squats, and a whole lot of "you've got this" whispered between reps.

This one's a celebration, so we're throwing it back. 2000s playlist, throwback energy, and a class that moves through all three of our stroller formats so you can feel the full FIT4MOM experience in one hour: strength, cardio, core, and connection.
