Marathon Shuffle Training #5 - The PSH

Mid-point training run, a bigger run to focus on stamina this week. About 19km with a little under 700m of total elevation.

Runners meet at the roadside parking near Highway 101 at Powell Place at 9:00 am (up from the Shinglemill Pub).

NOTE: Hikers meet at the same location at 8am.

We will car pool from here to the trail head at Southview Road, the Homestead Creek Campsite parking.

We will either hold a mini-tailgate party at Southview Rd or return to the Shinglemill for a social afterwards.
