Join us at the Backeddy Pub from March 6 to 15, 2026 for a special three course festival menu celebrating the flavours of the coast.

Squash and Coconut Soup with olive oil and house made sourdough.
OR
Gin and Beet Cured Salmon with greens, crème fraîche and lemon olive oil dressing.

🌊2nd Course🌊
Poached Rock Fish over black pasta with local mushrooms and fennel in a lemon cream sauce.
OR
Gochujang Pork Belly with smashed sweet potato, local mushrooms and pickled onions.

🌊3rd Course🌊
Honey Cake with almonds and Earl Grey whipped cream.
OR
Buttermilk Panna Cotta with figs, honey and pistachios.

First come first serve! Come early, bring friends, and make a night of it by the water.
