Get ready for an unforgettable summer celebration at Powell River’s Blackberry Festival, a beloved tradition that brings together families, friends, and visitors for a mile-long street party like no other!

Friday evening the streets transform into a lively hub of entertainment, delicious food, local vendors, and community spirit—all in honor of our local blackberry. 

Whether you're a longtime festival-goer or a first-time visitor, this event is the perfect gathering spot for grad reunions, family get-togethers, camping trips, and day trips from the Island or lower coast.

Festivities kick off with road closures and vendor setup at 4 PM, and by 6 PM, the streets come alive with music, shopping, tasty treats, and the buzz of excited festival-goers. Don't miss out on Powell River’s signature summer celebration—it's the one event locals never want to miss!
