Our community evening sound bath provides deep relaxation by quieting the mind through sound, which can be helpful for those who find silent meditation difficult.
Many benefits include stress reduction, mental clarity, and a feeling of inner peace and rejuvenation. Participants lie on the floor on a mat, often bringing their own mat, zero gravity chair, eye mask or blanket for comfort. $33/pp
