Two of the best folk songwriters today share the bill for the concert of the summer. Joel Rafael has chronicled his life & the world around him with passionate songwriting rooted in the folk tradition, touring with Jesse Colin Young & Joan Baez and co-writing with Woody Guthrie. He has been a featured performer at the Woody Guthrie Folk Festival for all twenty-seven years. Rupert Wates averages 120 shows a year across North America & Europe, captivating audiences with his haunting, melodic brand of acoustic art-folk, garnering over 50 songwriting awards.
