Holiday Reset: Holistic Wellness Gathering

Welcome to the first Holiday Reset: Holistic Wellness Gathering at Return to Wholeness: Unique Boutique in Poway, CA!

We are featuring different wellness stations and booths for the public to enjoy and practice self-care, ranging from various well-researched and proven methods for wellness to spiritual guidance and experiences from energetically sensitive practitioners and mediums. Snacks, teas and herbal non-alcoholic holiday elixirs are available to celebrate with in a beautiful setting with gentle live music by Selina. There will be candles, crystals, singing bowls, magical objects and more for sale!!

Starting at 10:30am, there will be a Qigong for Holiday Wellness class to help you relax your body, breath and improve overall energetic wellness. 10:30am-11:30am

From noon-6pm, wellness stations and access to various spiritual services will be available. In addition to wellness tools, there will be a light language circle, and a holiday craft table for kids & adults!

Participants will have an opportunity to have a free complimentary mini session of the PEMF Therapy, Rife frequencies, Richway's Infrared Amethyst Biomat, and inHarmony meditation cushion. Extended sessions are available at special event pricing.
