Please be mindful of our neighbors and avoid blocking any driveways.We are beyond stoked to have Brooke Welty leading us in breath and movement. Brooke is the owner of The Hot Room in Encinitas and a longtime teacher of yoga, breathwork, and embodied wellness. Brooke's path began in dance before leading her into over a decade of teaching, teacher training, and retreat leading across Southern California. She is an E-RYT 200 certified yoga teacher trained in the Wim Hof method, and her work is rooted in the belief that wellness is personal, helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and presence.Offering a reflection on our body as sacred are Ryan and Nicci Neace, a wonderful couple in the Current community and career psychotherapists who co-founded Juxta, a San Diego-based psychotherapy practice grounded in authentic connection and presence. Beyond their professional depth, they bring the perspective of two people who have spent nearly two decades navigating life, relationship, and spirituality together as husband and wife.
