Join Jennifer of Forest & Farm for a fun, hands-on baking workshop where we’ll explore the delicious world of homemade focaccia!
Whether you’re brand new to breadmaking or already love baking, this session will guide you step-by-step through creating your own flavourful focaccia from scratch.
Each participant will receive all the materials, supplies, and guidance needed to mix, shape, and decorate their own focaccia dough. We’ll discuss dough preparation, proofing, toppings, flavour combinations, and troubleshooting common issues — all in a relaxed, welcoming, group-based environment.
During the workshop, you’ll get the chance to taste freshly made focaccia, experiment with toppings, and learn how to recreate these techniques confidently at home. Participants will bring home extra recipes and digital resources for inspiration.
Participants are invited to stick around toward the end of our time together for some Q & A and discussion!
