We will come together and offer ourselves some love ?, kindness and quiet ‘me time’ to de-stress our busy minds and bodies and relax ourselves into calm.❤️

We will practise grounded breathing and self-care butterfly ? hugs to help us awaken feelings of inner peace before we join in a cosy circle together for a candlelight contemplation, where we each light a single candle and allow our minds to glaze, relax and be mesmerised by the flame ?- a simple portal of stillness.   As we blow out the candle we will take ourselves to laying down under cosy blankets for a guided candlelight meditation.

Ticket basis only as limited to 10 spaces.
