Kendra Slattery, IBCLC, will share practical tips, advice, and strategies to help you and your baby establish a successful breastfeeding relationship. Whether you're a first-time parent or looking to improve your breastfeeding experience, this class is for you!

What we'll cover:

- How to survive and thrive during the first week after delivery.

- Equipping parents with knowledge and tools to make informed decisions.

- Everything from breastfeeding basics to having an action plan for what to do if breastfeeding isn’t going well.

- Review alternate feeding techniques: bottle, syringe, and cup.

- How to care for yourself in your healing process after birth.

Cost:

The cost of the class will be $50 per person attending; pregnant parents and support people are each charged $50.
