- **Event Description**: We are going to be meeting at Adam's Cafe in Poughkeepsie on Friday, 9/26 at 6:25 am for our Friday Breakfast Run. We have a suggested route mapped out below but you are always free to do your own thing.

After the run, we will meet at Adam's for optional coffee and/or breakfast. Everyone is welcome, all paces. Please arrive at 6:25 am so we can go over the route and leave at 6:30.

The route is an out-and-back on the Dutchess Rail Trail so even though the route is mapped for 4 miles, the distance is completely flexible. To get to the rail trail, we are cutting through the CVS parking lot then following Janet Drive, taking a right on Overrocker Road, and then entering the rail trail. Participants can head in either direction on the rail trail.
