By working together we can "Build a Bridge" between the educational and other systems of care that serve our youth. Learn how SHAPE helps school teams assess strengths and identify priority areas for improvement; 3. Explore lessons from implementing SHAPE with district-based, cross-sector teams; 4. Identify the supports and conditions needed to scale SHAPE across Dutchess County; and 5.
