Mother's Day Relaxation

Treat yourself and take a much needed break with Mother's Day Aerial Hammock Meditation and Relaxation. 🧘

Both feet will be on the floor the entire class except for relaxing in the hammock at the end of class which your feet can be on or off the floor. You will decompress your entire back with lengthening stretches and feel weightless in the hammock. 💆🏼‍♀️

Please arrive 15 minutes early to set up the height for the hammock. $25 includes a special Mother's Day Lavender Gift. 🪻
