Inspiration für den Bandnamen Mi Solar ist der in den Wohnvierteln von Havanna verbreitete Innenhof (»Solar«) – ein Ort pulsierenden Lebens, an dem Musik gemacht, getanzt, gelacht und gefeiert wird! In der Walpurgisnacht verwandelt das Quintett unser Foyer in einen solchen Solar und lässt auf unwiderstehlich mitreißende Weise Salsa und Timba auf Pop, Funk und Latin-Jazz treffen.
