Part II: Yoga Nidra (The Sleep of the Yogis)
Guided into a state of conscious relaxation, you will be led by the soothing voice of Stacey through a Yoga Nidra meditation. As you lie comfortably, we will journey through the body and mind, releasing deep-seated tension and planting seeds of intention under the potent light of the Strawberry Moon.
