Combined with tantric principles, it offers a beautiful opportunity to slow down, listen deeply, and meet ourselves and others with greater authenticity.This workshop is designed as a safe and supportive space where participants can explore connection beyond performance, roles, and expectations.During the workshop you will experience:* Tantric practices for presence, awareness, and authentic connection* Essential rope handling and basic binding techniques* Introduction to conscious and therapeutic approaches to Shibari* Trauma-sensitive principles for creating emotional and physical safety* Guided partner exercises and role reversal experiences* Practical tools for building trust, communication, and consent* Space for exploration, reflection, and embodied learningMany people discover that ropes and knots can become much more than a physical technique. When practiced with awareness and care, it can support emotional release, vulnerability, self-discovery, and deeper connection.We will explore how safety, trust, and attunement create the conditions in which genuine surrender and transformation can emerge.The workshop takes place fully clothed and is non-sexual in nature.
