Inside the Sound: An immersive, interactive experience

Inside the Sound invites participants into a shared field of resonance.

The experience begins with gentle, guided participation using tuned sound tubes to establish a collective pulse that goes along with the tuned bowls and cello.

Participants will then be invited to undergo a transformative sound journey, with cello and tuned metal bowls on both sides of the room, allowing participants to rest within moving layers of sound and vibration.


Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are provided. You may also sit in a chair and view this as a performance if you like. Feel free to bring your own mats, pillows and/or blankets if you would like!
