In Tune with the Chakras is a 90 minute restorative Yoga Nidra and sound immersion designed to help you settle into deep relaxation and inner alignment. Live cello and crystal bowls create a rich, soothing soundscape that supports grounding, emotional release, and energetic flow through the chakra system.
Participants can rest comfortably while guided nidra, breath awareness, and gentle vibrational layers create a sense of calm and renewal. This practice is accessible to all experience levels and requires no prior yoga or meditation background.

Mari Pirie St. Pierre
Certified Sound Healing and Accessible Yoga Specialist
Mari is a certified Sound Healing and Yoga practitioner who specializes in accessible yoga practices. Her passion for making yoga welcoming for everyone has led her to focus on Chair Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Gentle Yoga. She is dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages, mobility levels, and backgrounds in experiencing the healing qualities of yoga.
With several years of teaching experience, Mari offers both in person and online classes for groups and private clients. Her teaching approach is compassionate, inclusive, and centered on holistic well-being.
Mari is currently expanding her training in Yoga Nidra. Her integrated method brings together yoga, mindfulness, and sound healing techniques to support physical, emotional, and energetic balance. Her mission is to create enriching and accessible experiences that help clients build relaxation, health, and self-awareness.
Alisa Woods Darie, PhD, LMHC
Cellist, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Alisa is a psychotherapist, researcher, and cellist based in Potsdam, New York. She blends her background in behavioral neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness with her cello work to create grounding sound healing experiences that promote deep rest and emotional ease.
As a licensed mental health counselor trained in EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches, Alisa brings a calming and attuned presence to her sessions. Her cello soundscapes use resonant drones, intuitive improvisation, and warm melodic lines to support nervous system regulation and inner stillness.
Alisa facilitates monthly cello healing sessions at the Trillium Center and collaborates with yoga and wellness practitioners throughout the North Country. Her intention is to create safe, nurturing environments where participants can reconnect with themselves through vibration, rest, and mindful awareness.
