✨ Candlelight Arrival
The experience begins in a room illuminated by candlelight, inviting you to step away from the pace of daily life and enter a space of stillness, reflection, and calm.

🌿 Guided Meditation
You’ll then be guided through a gentle nature-centered meditation designed to deepen relaxation, imagination, and connection to the natural world.

🌊 Candlelight Cello & Crystal Bowl Sound Bath
The journey opens into an immersive sound bath in collaboration with Lizzy Davis, MT-BC (Resonance and Flow Music Therapy). Resonant crystal singing bowls, layered cello improvisation, and flowing soundscapes move through the candlelit room, supporting restoration, emotional release, and deep rest.

This is not a performance, but a shared sensory experience, a space to pause, breathe, and be carried by sound and light.
