- **Event Description**: Join us for a unique, deeply restorative sound immersion where the acoustic resonance of strings meets the ancient pulse of the drum. This special collaborative event brings together the therapeutic textures of Northern Woods Cello Therapy and the grounding frequencies of certified practitioner Casey Sweeney’s Shamanic Drumming.

This is not a concert or a passive listening session. It is an immersive soundscape where acoustic vibration becomes a physical space for deep relaxation.

🎶The Experience Flow

We will begin with a brief somatic grounding practice or gentle guidance to help settle your body, release daily tension, and prepare your awareness for deep listening.

Experience live, improvised cello layered with rich soundscapes. The warm, low frequencies of the cello mirror the human voice and provide deep emotional comfort and internal balance.

Shamanic Drum Journey: Casey will introduce the steady, elemental beat of the shamanic drum. These rhythmic frequencies help shift brainwaves into states of deep, meditative rest, anchoring your awareness to the earth.Synergistic Immersion: The cello harmonies and drum rhythms will merge, creating an expansive, living atmosphere that supports inner exploration and profound physical rest.

🧘‍♂️ What to Bring

Items: Trillium provides mats, bolsters, and blankets. You are highly encouraged to bring pillows, eye masks, or extra blankets to ensure total physical comfort while lying on the floor.

A Journal: You may want to jot down insights, emotions, or imagery that surface during the drum journey.

Comfortable Clothes: Loose, warm clothing is recommended.
