Automatic writing is a practice in which a person writes without consciously controlling or planning the words, allowing thoughts, impressions, or imagery to flow freely onto the page. It is often used in spiritual, meditative, or creative contexts as a way to access intuition, the subconscious mind, or symbolic insight. Rather than focusing on grammar or meaning, the writer enters a relaxed state and lets the writing emerge naturally, later reflecting on any patterns or messages that appear.

Karen has over 25 years of experience in the metaphysical field. She has a wonderful, calming presence; we are so excited to host her workshop!
