Their Excellencies of Calafia, Baron þorsteinn and Baroness Asa, welcome you to Potrero War 2026!  

We graciously invite you, your War Band, Family, and Friends to join us Memorial Day weekend for four days of Folklore and Mythology Themed Combat, Games, Arts and Sciences, Bardic Competitions, and MORE! Come help us bring your folktales to life! 

EVENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION: 

Pre-Registration is payable via Electronic Payment or check. Please make any checks out to SCA Inc - Barony of Calafia. CASH ONLY will be accepted at Gate. 

RV Reservations open 12pm on Saturday, February 21st, with all other pre-registration and land allocation opening 10am on Sunday, March 1st. Pre-registration is payable via Electronic Payment, Money Order, or check. Pre-Registration/Land allocation will close at 11:59pm on Friday, May 1st.

Adult Camping - Sleepy Hollow RV Campsites with hookups:

$115 Adult Event Registration

$105 Adult Discount Event Registration

† RV prices are only for the camp master/ RV owner, not all campers. RV reservations must be made in advance, and fill up quickly. Initial reservations must pre-register and pay by Sunday, March 1st, 2026 or their spot will go to the waiting list.

Please note all minors must be registered and accompanied by a legal guardian to attend Potrero War.

REFUNDS: 

Fees will be refunded, minus a $5 processing charge. Refunds will only be made via a paper check. All refund requests must be received no later than Saturday, May 16th. Refunds cannot be made at Gate. Please contact the Exchequer for refund instructions at exchequer@calafia.sca-caid.org.

MERCHANTS: 

Merchants interested in vending at the event should please reach out to the Merchants Steward, Lady Eleonora di Gerardo, at merchants.steward@potrerowar.sca-caid.org for fees and registration information.

Coming From the North

Take your preferred freeway south to I-8 East.

Take exit 14A for CA-125 South.

Take exit 16 for Spring Street.

In 0.1 ml turn Right onto CA-94 East.

Continue on CA-94 East for 27.7 ml.

Turn Left on Potrero Valley Road.

Turn Right on Potrero Park Dr. 

Potrero Park Dr. dead ends into the park.


Coming From the East or Pulling Large Trailers

Exit I-8 at Buckman Springs Road.

Stay on Buckman Springs Road for 3.2 miles.

Turn Right on CA-94 West.

Continue on CA-94 West for 10.6 miles.

Turn Right on Potrero Valley Road.

Turn Right on Potrero Park Dr. The road dead ends into the park.
