Join us Saturday, August 30th, 2025 at 6:00 AM at City Park in Potosi for a free men’s workout. ?

F3 (Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith) is a free men’s workout group for men of all ages and fitness levels. Every F3 workout follows the five core principles:
1️⃣ Free of charge – never a cost to attend
2️⃣ Open to all men – no matter your fitness level
3️⃣ Held outdoors – rain or shine, hot or cold
4️⃣ Peer-led – no professional trainers, just regular men leading each other
5️⃣ Ends with a Circle of Trust – where we encourage and support one another

We’re coming to Potosi to explore if this is the right community to launch a new F3 site—and we need your help! If you’re in Potosi (or nearby), this is the perfect time to come check it out, see what F3 is all about, and help us build something special for the men of this community.
