Join us Saturday, August 30th, 2025 at 6:00 AM at City Park in Potosi for a free men’s workout. 💪
F3 (Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith) is a free men’s workout group for men of all ages and fitness levels. Every F3 workout follows the five core principles:
1️⃣ Free of charge – never a cost to attend
2️⃣ Open to all men – no matter your fitness level
3️⃣ Held outdoors – rain or shine, hot or cold
4️⃣ Peer-led – no professional trainers, just regular men leading each other
5️⃣ Ends with a Circle of Trust – where we encourage and support one another
