The once–grand Anonville Manor has stood silent for years, its doors shuttered after time, neglect, and rumors of rowdy, ill-tempered spirits scared off even the bravest visitors. The former owners fled in a hurry, leaving the crumbling estate to rot… and the whispers of hauntings to grow.
But now, something has changed.
A reclusive entrepreneur has secretly purchased the abandoned bed-and-breakfast and poured a fortune into restoring it to its former glory. In a bold announcement to the press, the new owner insists the manor is completely free of supernatural activity and has been returned to the lavish splendor it boasted when the wealthy and elite once waltzed through its halls. Yet the townspeople can’t shake one nagging question:
Why won’t the proprietor reveal their identity?
To mark the manor’s rebirth, an eccentric assortment of guests has received exclusive invitations to a grand opening dinner in the famed Majestic Ballroom. You are one of the chosen few.
