Ticket Policy

Please read carefully before purchasing tickets.

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
• Many of our events involve carefully assigned characters who play critical roles in the storyline (unless Observer tickets are specifically offered).
• Because of this, ticket transfers are not guaranteed and will only be considered on a case-by-case basis, requested no later than 30 days before the event.
• Each character assignment includes personalized materials prepared in advance and cannot be modified at the last minute.

As guests are assigned characters with specific objectives, we cannot predict or control every choice they make. While we design each mystery with a clear intended outcome, we cannot be held responsible for unexpected actions—such as guests revealing information early or disregarding their objectives.
