About the event

Sea Change: Menopause, Wellness & The Power of the Sea
Join us at The White House, Portrush, for Sea Change, a special afternoon exploring menopause, perimenopause, and the transformative power of the ocean. In celebration of World Ocean Day, we’re bringing together VOYA, Ireland’s leading organic seaweed skincare brand, Siobhan Kearney from Menopause NI and Michelle Sheridan from the Menopausal Mermaids for an inspiring conversation on physical and mental well-being.

Don’t forget to bring your swim gear if you’d like to experience the magic for yourself as Michelle will be going for a dip post-event and has invited you along!
