Want to pick up a few tricks before tackling Christmas dinner this year? Come along to our Christmas Cookery Demonstration with Chef Patron Ian Orr at Eighteen Ninety Four, Portstewart. It’s a great chance to learn how a chef does it — the timings, the shortcuts, the little touches that make festive cooking feel far less stressful.

Join us on Saturday 6th December at 1pm, where Ian will walk you through a range of traditional Christmas dishes, sharing the kind of practical tips you can take straight back into your own kitchen.

After the demo, you’ll sit down to a delicious four-course meal.
