As part of Friends of Portsmouth’s Winterfest, the beloved festival that helped Portsmouth earn its title as a Hallmark Hometown Christmas Town, the Makers Market adds even more sparkle to this magical time of year. From Thanksgiving through New Year’s, Winterfest transforms downtown into a festive winter wonderland full of lights, laughter, and local charm.
