- **Event Description**: Be the first to reserve your space for Scioto County’s first ever “Metaphysical Fair” —Yes! Right here in our home town! Organized and Sponsored by The Mystic Rose, we are looking for metaphysical artisans, reiki healers, tarot or oracle readers, makers of ritual provisions, jewelry, candles, incense, essential oil or tinctures, herbs, and gemstone sellers focused on mind, body, spirit and alternative path enrichment!! 

Helps us celebrate our local Appalachian granny witch heritage by choosing to set up as a vendor at the Wandering Path Expo at the New Boston Community Center, 3980 Rhodes Avenue, New Boston, Ohio 45662. 

The Wandering Path Expo will be held one day only from 10am-6pm on Saturday, October 3, 2026. Doors will open at 8am to 8pm for vendor access on date of event. This is an indoor event that will be rain or shine. We are a family friendly community event, please keep your products appropriate for all ages. 

Participating vendors can choose a center aisle 6’ reader table $50–(limit 8); perimeter 10’x10’ booths $100 (single), or a perimeter 10’x20’/$200 (double). Add additional $50 fee for electric. Limited to 16 perimeter vendors spots. 
One 6’ table and two chairs will be provided to each vendor upon arrival. Only one business per booth on first come, first reserved juried selection; meaning no duplicate vendors. 
Example only one t-shirt vendor, one gemstone vendor, etc. 

If you are interested in vending at the Wandering Path Expo, please pick up vendor applications ONLY at the Mystic Rose shop, after May 1. For your safety, We Do Not accept online payments in any this event. Funds raised beyond expenses will be donated to nonprofit formation of the Sacred Circle Fellowship.
