The 1,475 life sized silhouettes dedicated to the British servicemen who lost their lives on D-Day will look stunning against the backdrop of this historic location. By meeting in the afternoon we should be able to photograph them against dramatic skies as sunset approaches. We'll be able to step inside the rows of soldiers as well as photograph them against the battlements and surrounding landscape. I will guide you on camera settings, composition and choice of lenses to make the very most of this very special and very moving memorial.
