As a dancer from the age of two and a movement educator for the past decade, she has experienced firsthand the profound connection between the body and lived experience. When her own cancer diagnosis in 2022 interrupted her movement practice, it opened the door to exploring what accessible, supportive movement can look like when it’s needed most.Move Anyway exists to challenge the idea that movement is only for when we feel our best. In fact, it was built on the belief that movement is essential when conditions feel less than ideal and should be accessible in those moments.
