Come along for a relaxed session of Drumming using traditional handheld drums (Shamanic style) and explore using or experiencing a range of sound instruments from Gongs, singing bowls to rattles/bells and immerse yourself in a combination of drumming & sound to aid your well being. Healing takes place as it’s suppose to in a natural supportive way.
Note: Precautions
Drumming rhythm can bring on a trance like state and feelings of light headiness and not feeling grounded. If any point you feel like this please let me know.
Due to drumming being a sound it is not always suitable for those with hearing impairment, epilepsy, migraine sufferers and anyone with severe mental health conditions.
