? We then close with a Sacred Sound Bath, using gongs and sound to anchor, integrate, and settle the healing work, supporting balance, grounding, and renewal.

✨ A welcoming, community-focused space for rest, healing, and connection.

? What to expect:
• Healing circle with guided meditation and energy work
• Giving and receiving healing in community
• Sacred Sound Bath to close and integrate

? What to bring:
Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything you need to feel warm and comfortable.
Mats are available, and you’re very welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
