Fridays at the Track

90 minute Fixed Wheel Track Bike (no brakes - see https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/knowledge/article/izn20131121-Anatomy-of-a-Track-Bike-0 if unsure), Drop-in session, starting at 18:00 prompt, suitable for all abilities, 14 and over. Under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Typical Session Structure:

Following a 20 minute structured warm up, a typical session will be made up from the following elements (varies weekly):

- Flying 200m
- Flying 500m
- Standing Start 500m

Or if you just want to come and ride your track bike above the Blue Line / as directed by the coaches, that's fine by us

Cost:

£5 per session - payable on the night
