Under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
 
Typical Session Structure:

Following a 20 minute structured warm up, a typical session will be made up from the following elements (varies weekly):

- Flying 200m
- Flying 500m
- Standing Start 500m

Or if you just want to come and ride your track bike above the Blue Line / as directed by the coaches, that's fine by us 

Cost:

£5 per session - payable on the night
